Search Login Main menu Welcome Officers Calendar Meetings Events Arts & Sciences Photos Shire of Danegeld Tor The SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) is an international organization dedicated to the research and re-creation of pre-seventeenth century skills, arts, combat, culture, and employing knowledge of history to enrich the lives of participants through events, demonstrations, and other educational presentations and activities. The Shire of Danegeld Tor is a part of the Kingdom of the West and under the Principality of Cynagua. We take great pride in serving our Kingdom, Principality and Shire through our arts, sciences and our heavy and rapier fighting. We hold three events a year. Our Heavy Championship and Auction is held in the spring our Rapier Championship and Feast is held in the fall and Dantes Inferno Prize Tourney and Feast in the late summer. We have monthly business meetings held on the second Tuesday of the month. (Please contact Robear for more info.) We have a Rapier practice night every third Tuesday of the month. (Please contact Rhys .) The remaining Tuesdays we hold Arts & Sciences/Gather Nights. (Please contact Christiana .) We hold fighter practices (both heavy and rapier) and special training events on Sundays. (Please contact Claus .)
